1. Fabric Swatch Orders
Fabric swatches are sold for colour, hand feel and reference purposes only.
Swatch orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item due to our mistake.
Colour variation may exist between swatches and bulk goods due to different production batches and display screens, which is not considered a quality defect.
2. Bulk Fabric Orders
Please carefully confirm the pre-production sample before bulk production.
Claims for quality issues must be submitted in writing within 7 working days after receiving the goods, together with clear photos and videos for verification.
No returns or refunds will be accepted if:
– Goods have been cut, processed, dyed or used;
– The discrepancy is within the normal tolerance of textile industry;
– The claim is raised after the 7-working-day inspection period;
– Customer changes mind after production.
3. Partial Refund
Partial refund may be offered only after we verify the quality problem caused by our side. We will decide the solution among re-production, discount or partial refund.
4. Return Shipping
We do not cover return shipping cost unless the error is made by our company.
Please contact us by email before sending any goods back. Unauthorized returned packages will not be accepted.
5. Proof of Purchase
All claims require your order number and proof of purchase.
